Root to Table is a non-profit organization operating in Virginia and West Virginia. They promote 360° food awareness, access, and inclusion through educational and entertainment events highlighting Root to Table, Slow Food, Farmer’s Direct Sale, and Markets concepts of food production and consumption. The idea brings together farmers and agricultural professionals, chefs, producers, distributors, teachers, and food enthusiasts.
