Co-Chair of the Root to Table Grant Team
Rachel Dyer, Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Root to Table Grant Team, is responsible for financial oversight and grant acquisition. As president and owner of Smart Not Fancy, LLC, she brings strong leadership and consulting experience. Rachel previously founded This Place, a business services and consulting company in Fairmont, WV. She holds an MBA from WVU, a B.S. in Accounting and a certificate in HR Management from Linfield College, and a B.A. in Theater with an education focus from Hiram College. A USAF veteran, she completed the Entrepreneurial Bootcamp for Veterans. Rachel also serves on several boards, contributing her financial expertise and promoting ethical business practices, while serving in her second year as a Board Director for Root to Table.
