Neal Wavra, Board Director, contributes culinary expertise and drives Root to Table’s wine and food program development. As proprietor, chef, and sommelier of Field & Main Restaurant in Marshall, VA, Neal oversees food program innovation. He serves as director of the Loudoun County Wine Competition and as a Virginia Governor’s Cup judge. Neal’s consulting company, FABLE Hospitality, unites his ventures, including Red Truck Bakery, acquired in 2023. With credentials from the Culinary Institute of America and practical management experience at Charlie Trotter and Blackberry Farm, Neal is in his second year as a Board Director, guiding Root to Table’s culinary direction.
