Vice President and Chair of the Chef Action Team

Oversees Root to Table’s culinary programming and chef collaborations.

A 36-year hotel industry veteran, Marcus joined Noble House in 2021 and manages F&B operations across all hotels. As a Certified Master Chef from Germany trained at the Master Chef School in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Marcus brings international experience from three continents, including major roles in the Caribbean and Russia. Previously leading F&B at Lansdowne Resort in Virginia and launching the Westin Dawn Beach in St. Maarten, Marcus has been a partner of Root to Table and Taste of Blue Ridge since 2018. He is recognized for his consistent engagement and leadership on the board, where he is serving his second year.
