Amanda Sweeney, Board Director and, is charged with expanding Root to Table’s funding and resource base. With two decades of executive experience, including at Fortune 100 companies, she guides strategic growth and organizational transformation for the board. Amanda leverages her operational expertise and experience in agricultural business, specifically with Edgewood Apiaries, to develop partnerships and advance the organization’s mission of fostering strong local food systems and community connections. Amanda is in her first year as a Board Director.
