Exhibitor Requirements

    • – Each 6′ table includes one linen-covered table, two chairs, and optional electricity (if requested below). The space is an 8 x 10.- Set-up begins at 2:30 PM; tear-down must be completed by 10:00 PM.

    • $125 Exhibitor fee includes one general ticket to the dinner. Please note all booth attendees must purchase a ticket to the dinner sitting down with the community.  This fee is due upon approval. This fee is also final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including event cancellation.

– Certificate of Insurance naming Root to Table and Riverside by the Potomac as additional insureds. General Liability Insurance of $1M is required.
