Cost: $25 non-refundable application fee (due today) + $500 per exhibitor table (due upon approval)
Exhibitor Requirements
- – Applications Due: April 1, 2026 with approval two weeks after submittal. Please understand space is limited so apply early to guarantee your spot.
- – Each 6′ table includes one linen-covered table, two chairs, and optional electricity (if requested below). The space is an 8 x 10.
- – Set-up begins at 2:30 PM; tear-down must be completed by 10:00 PM.

- $500 Exhibitor fee includes two general tickets to the dinner. This fee is due upon approval. This fee is also final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including event cancellation.
- – Certificate of Insurance naming Root to Table and Riverside by the Potomac as additional insureds. General Liability Insurance of $1M is required.
