Chef Jason Von Moll began his career in the Richmond area, where he was able to work with some of our region’s most acclaimed chefs, such as David Mussi. He learned early on that fresh, locally sourced ingredients were the key to any truly exceptional dish.
Today, Von Moll calls the Shenandoah area home, where since 2018 he has been fine-tuning the fresh; savory, southern leaning, original menu of both Paladin Bar and Grill in Stephens City, VA and the Front Porch Market and Grill in The Plains, VA. Von Moll’s style fuses bold, unexpected flavors with his true love for classic, southern cuisine. The result is something both unique and irresistibly familiar.
