Root to Table Salute to Women Sponsors

Root to Table is a 501c3 nonprofit in Virginia and West Virginia. Your support provides vital financial stability to our grassroots movement  and will help us grow a vibrant Farm-to-Table Community.

The third annual Salute to Women event will be on March 23 and March 24 at the George Washington Hotel in Winchester, Virginia.

The event celebrates Women, Food, and Leadership! A celebration of female empowerment and culinary excellence! Join us as we honor the contributions of women in the culinary and agricultural industries while exploring the richness of farm-to-table dining! This immersive two-day experience blends culinary storytelling, networking, and learning in a way only Root to Table can deliver. We expect 150 attendees for the Sunday Food Festival featuring 30 plus exhibitors. Monday’s Salute to Women Symposium will have 100 industry women attending.

The event received a $10,000 marketing grant from Virginia Tourism which will allow us to have an extensive media campaign. We are inviting over ten food/lifestyle influencers to be part of the voice of Root to Table. Our celebrity speaker is Susan Weaver, a partner of Let Us Entertain You and retired executive chef for the Four Seasons in New York and Las Vegas. This year’s theme is on “MENTORSHIP & NAVIGATING CHANGE!”
